Using trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and evidence-based tools, I’ll help you build emotional regulation, develop confidence and feel more grounded and aligned with who you are.

But lately, it’s catching up. You’re tired of second-guessing yourself. Tired of always saying yes. TIred of feeling anxious no matter how much you accomplish.
In our work together, we’ll slow down and start listening, not just to your thoughts, but to how your emotions show up in your body. I help people tune into what they’re feeling underneath the pressure, learn new ways to respond, and reconnect with who they really are—beyond the roles they’ve had to play.
