You’ll learn to tap into your own inner guidance and stay balanced no matter what’s going on around you.
Build steady regulation practices: The demands of your work can throw your nervous system off balance. Together, we’ll develop practices to help you stay calm and clear-headed, even in moments of intensity. These tools will help you reset and recharge without relying on anyone else for that support.
Focus on presence: Healing requires attunement, and you can’t do that when you’re scattered or overwhelmed. We’ll work on ways to cultivate more presence in your day-to-day, so you can remain fully with your clients, without losing touch with yourself. This is about showing up exactly as you are.
Embrace the unknown: Healing isn’t a straight line, and you don’t have to have it all figured out. We’ll work on staying comfortable with uncertainty, so you can be in the process of growth without the pressure to be perfect.
